This car was parked in 1998 with 96,800.00 on the title. Well optioned car with power seat and power trunk. Has original window sticker and broadcast sheet.
Outside condition:
The car had a back to bare metal paint job prior to it being stored. After 25 years in paint is still shinny and as a base coat, clear cost finish can be easily be serviced
– The front bumper is in excellent condition and is complete with no damage
– New spoolfool front bumper fillers
– Headlight buckets are powder coated, with new headlights, new bezels and marker lights
– Real Grand National header panel, which is complete with no damage and paint still in great condition
– Both fenders are undamaged with paint in excellent condition
– Driver’s door was painted and stored inside. Sill in great shape with one small edge nick.
– Roof paint is still in excellent condition with no damage
– Driver’s side rear quarter panel has one ding and some small dimpling just above the upper bodyline
– Passenger’s rear quarter panel paint is in excellent condition with one small out ding
– Trunk lid paint still in good condition with some flaws on top of the center section of the spoiler
– The rear bumper is in excellent condition and is complete with no damage
– New rear one piece Spoolfool bumper filler
– Taillights are complete and in great condition
– Rear defroster glass is in “like new” condition
– Car was found without a passenger’s side door or hood. We have provided both but they will need to be painted
Interior:
The interior is complete and in great condition
– New carpet
– Restored console and shifter plate with new appliques and handle. Chrome rod has some minor pitting
– Dash pad is in near perfect condition, with no fading, cracks or damage
– Entire dash is complete with radio and switches
– Steering wheel has some wear but is clean
– Seats are also in great condition with no rips and minimal fading
– 3rd brake light is in perfect condition including light socket
– New headliner
– All interior trim is there and undamaged, including factory map light
– New upper door cards with new door escutcheons. lower cards are in excellent condition ( screw covers are off but are included)
– New inside and outside dew sweeps
Mechanical and engine compartment
– Rad support, cover, many brackets and heat shields are powder coated
– Engine compartment is complete with no missing parts including original powermaster brake unit
– Wheel wells are in “like new” condition, with no damage or holes
– No attempt was made to start the motor but it cranks with ease. Oil was clean, no metal in the pan and no scoring or damage to cylinder walls
– Transmission was rebuilt about 5000 mile ago. Fluid was clean and had a service with new filter, gasket and fluid change
– Suspension is complete with fuel tank, sender and original fuel pump. gas tank is empty. 8.5 non-posi rear
Asking price includes Pypes stainless steel exhaust with tips cut and powder coated black to match original exhaust look
